1 1/2 c  Tomato and Garlic Sauce,
Drained
1 lb Tofu, Pressed
1/2 lb Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
1/2 c  Chopped Green Pepper

3 T  Olive oil                                Lemon juice
1 lg Onion (thinly sliced)               1 T  Hungarian paprika
4    Garlic cloves, minced               1 t  Celery salt
3 lb Lamb cut into                     1/2 t  Cumin, ground
-stew-sized cubes and             1/8 t  Cayenne
-carefully trimmed of fat           1 ds Allspice
4 lb Tomatoes, cooked                    1 ds Cinnamon, ground
-(2 large cans)                 1 1/2 lb Green beans, fresh,
3    Bay leaves                               -washed and trimmed
