Ingredients:

3    Env unflavored gelatin;                  -=OR=-
1/4 c  Cold water;                         3 tb Granulated fructose;
1/4 c  Boiling water;                      1 ts Vanilla extract;
3 tb Granulated sugar replacement        3    Egg whites;

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in mixing bowl; set aside 5 minutes tosoften. Add to boiling water in a saucepan; cook and stir until gelatin isdissolved. Remove from heat. 1    Box Spanish Quick Brown Rice
1/2 c  Lentils
2 c  Water
2 c  Grated cheese
16 oz Enchilada sauce
15    Corn tortillas; moistened
