Sourdough Pancakes #2

Servings: 4
Ingredients:

1 c  Active Starter                      1 ea Large Egg
2 T  Cooking Oil                       1/4 c  Instant Or Evaporate Milk
1 t  Salt                                1 t  Baking Soda
2 T  Sugar

Mix ingredients together and let the mixture bubble and foam a minute or
two, then drop on hot griddle in large spoonfuls.
