Gold Spice Cake

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ts Cinnamon
    • 

  • 1/2 ts Nutmeg
    • 

  • 1/2 ts Allspice
    • 

  • 2/3 c  Chopped raisins
    • 

  • 2/3 c  Chopped nuts
    •

To the recipe for gold cake add:

Sift spices with flour, baking powder, and salt. Dredge raisins in 2
tablespoons of the flour. Add raisins and nuts. Pour into well-oiled loaf
