Kahlua Fudge Cake

Ingredients: 

  • 1    18 1/2 oz pkg chocolate cake
    • 

  • -ix
    • 

  • 1    3 3/4 oz pkg chocolate insta
    • 

  • -t pudding and pie fil
    • 

  • 4    Eggs, at room temperature
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Cold water
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Vegetable oil
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Kahlua or coffee liqueur
    • 

  • Confectioner icing, optional
    •

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and
mix well. Pour into greased 12 cup Bundt or tube pan. Bake 50 to 60
minutes. Cool. Invert onto a serving plate. Drizzle icing over top and
sides, if desired.
