Mock Angel Cake


Servings: 1
Ingredients: 

  • 1 c  Sugar
    • 

  • 1 c  Flour
    • 

  • 3 ts Baking powder
    • 

  • 1/2 ts Salt
    • 

  • 1 ts Vanilla
    • 

  • 1 c  Milk; scalded
    • 

  • 2 ea Egg whites
    •

Sift dry ingredients together 4 times. Add milk slowly, stirring
constantly. Lastly, add well beaten egg whites. Bake in slow oven 50
