Orange Kiss-Me Cake


Servings: 6
Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Can (3/4 cup) frozen orange
  • -juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 c  Flour
  • 1 c  Sugar
  • 1 ts *each* baking soda, salt
  • 1/2 c  *each* shortening, milk
  • 2    Eggs
  • 1 c  Raisins
  • 1/3 c  Chopped nuts
  • Topping:
  • 1/3 c  Sugar
  • 1/4 c  Chopped walnuts
  • 1 ts Cinnamon

Grease and flour bottom of 13×9 inch pan.

Combine 1/2 cup of the orange juice concentrate with remaining ingredients
in large mixing bowl. Blend at lowest speed until just blended. Beat at
medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350~ for 40-45 minutes.

Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl.

Drizzle remaining orange juice concentrate over warm cake; sprinkle with
toppping.
