Sorority Cakes


Servings: 25
Ingredients: 

  • 4    Egg white
    • 

  • 1 c  Sugar
    • 

  • 1 1/2 c  Pecans; broken small
    • 

  • 1 c  Coconut flakes
    • 

  • 1 ts Vanilla
    • 

  • 3 c  Corn flakes
    •

Beat eggs stiff, then add the sugar and coconut. Add vanilla and pecans,
and corn flakes. Mould into small cakes and cook in a slow oven 1-1/2
hours.
