CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUDDY BARS


Servings: 48
Ingredients: 

  • 1 c  Peanut butter
    • 

  • 6 tb Soft butter
    • 

  • 1 1/2 c  Sugar
    • 

  • 3    Eggs
    • 

  • 1 ts Vanilla
    • 

  • 1 c  Flour
    • 

  • 1/4 ts Salt
    • 

  • 1 pk Nestle Chocolate Chips(12 oz
    •

Preheat oven to 350 F In large bowl, blend peanut butter and butter
until smooth. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla, beat until creamy. Blend
in flour and salt. Stir in 1 cup chips. Spread into ungreased 13×9
inch pan. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.
Immediately sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on. Let stand 5
minutes until morsels become shiny and soft. Spread evnly over top.
Cool completely. cut into 1 1/2 inch bars.
