NESTLE’S TOLL HOUSE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOLIES


Servings: 7
Ingredients: 

  • 4 1/2 c  Flour (all purpose)
    • 

  • 1 1/2 c  Sugar
    • 

  • 2 ts Baking soda
    • 

  • 1 1/2 c  Brown sugar (firmly packed)
    • 

  • 2 ts Salt
    • 

  • 2 ts Vanill extract
    • 

  • 1 c  Butter (2 sticks softened)
    • 

  • 1 c  Shortening
    • 

  • 4    Eggs
    • 

  • 1 pk Nestle chocolate chips 12 oz
    •

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl combine flour,baking soda
and salt. In large bowl combine butter,sugar,brown sugar and vanilla
extract . Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in
chocolate chips Semi-sweet. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie
sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 14 min..
Makes about 5 dozen 2 1/4 cookies.
