Bran Muffins #2


Servings: 18
Ingredients:

  • 2 md Bananas, mashed                     6 oz Plain yogart
  • 1 ts Baking soda                         2 c  Natural bran
  • 4 ts Baking powder                       3 ea Eggs, beaten
  • 2 ts Vanilla                             2 c  Powdered skim milk, dry
  • 3/4 ts Cinnamon                            4 ts Sugar
  • 1/4 ts Salt

Preheat oven to 350^. Spray muffin tin with non-stick coating agent. Mix
mashed bananas, yogurt and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients and mix
well. Pour into prepared muffin tins and bake 15-20 minutes. Makes 18
muffins.
