Bread Stuffing


Servings: 4
Ingredients:

  • 4 c  Dry bread cubes                     1 c  Hot water or turkey broth
  • 1 c  Chopped celery                    1/4 ts Black pepper
  • Onion chopped                     3/4 ts Ground sage
  • 2 tb Chopped parsley                   1/4 ts Dried marjoram
  • Clove garlic minced               1/2 ts Dried thyme

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss to mix well. Stuff into a
10-pound turkey or four Cornish game hens.

PER SERVING: calories - 100, carbohydrate - 20 g., protein - 5 g.,
fat - 2 g., sodium - 199 mg., potassium - 177 mg., cholesterol - 0
