Breaded Baked Chicken


Servings: 6
Ingredients: 

  • 2 c  Frenchbread crumbs                  1 ts Pepper
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Cheese, Parmesan                    6    Chicken breast halves;skinne
    • 

  • 2 ts Garlic salt                       1/2 c  Butter (or marg.); melted
    •

Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in
butter; then dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place in a lightly greased
13×9x2′ baking pan; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
