Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars


Servings: 4
Ingredients:

  • 2 tb Peanut butter;                    1/4 c  Water;
  • 2/3 c  Nonfat dry milk powder;         1 1/2 oz Corn or wheat flake cereal;
  • 2 ts Unsweetened cocoa;                  2 tb Raisins;
  • 5 ts Sugar; or sugar sub;

In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, dry milk, cocoa, sugar and water.
Mix until well blended. Stir in cereal and raisins. Press mixture into
bottom of a 4X8 inch loaf pan. Chill 30 minutes or longer, cut into bars
and serve.

Per serving: 9g protein, 5g fat, 21g carb., 248mg sodium, 2mg chol., 170
calories.
