Dilled Squash


Servings: 4
Ingredients:

  • 2 tb Vegetable oil                            -1/2 inch thick
  • 2 ts Vegetable oil                     1/2 ts Salt;
  • 1 c  Onions; chopped                   1/8 ts Pepper;
  • 1 cl Garlic; minced                      1 ts Dill weed;
  • 4 c  Yellow summer squash; sliced

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and
garlic, cook until onions start to brown. Add squash and mix well with
onions. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill over squash. Cover and cook,
stirring frequently, for 10 minutes, or until squash is just tender-crisp.

calories.
