Mixed Green Salad


Servings: 4
Ingredients:

  • 1 sm Head Boston;                        4    Leaves escarole;
  • -=OR=-                              1 sm Bunch of chicory;
  • 1 sm Head bibb lettuce;                1/4 c  Red pepper Dressing;
  • 4    Green onions; sliced

Trim greens and rinse in cool water. Spin or pat dry and tear into
bite-size pieces. In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients with dressing
