Orange Tapioca

Ingredients:

1 c  Orange juice; unsweetened           1 ts Quick cooking tapioca;
1 tb Quick cooking tapioca;              2 ts Brown sugar; fimly packed

In saucepan, combine orange juice, tapioca, and lemon extract. Let stand
