Ingredients:

1 3/4 c  Milk; (low-fat 4 me)                2    Eggs; beaten (egg substitute
1/2 ts Salt; (or to taste 4 me)                 -4 me)
1/2 ts Vanilla;                            1 c  Cranberries;
2 c  Bread cubes; soft stale                  Whipped cream OR light cream
1/4 c  Honey;

Combine all ingredients except whipped cream. Pour into a shallow greased1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 25 minutes, oruntil firm. 7 oz Water packed tuna;                1/4 ts Prepared horseradish;
1/2 c  Mayonnaise; (low-cal 4 me)         12 sl White bread* cut in circles

1 lg Onion; chopped                           -(sugar substitute)
