Peas With Parmesan


Servings: 6
Ingredients:

  • 2 pk (10 oz) frozen green peas;        1/8 ts Lemon peel;
  • 1 tb Grated Parmesan cheese;           1/2 ts Salt;
  • 1 tb Lemon juice;                      1/8 ts Dried tarragon leaves;

Cook peas as directed on package; drain. Toss with remaining ingredients.
Serve with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Food Exchange per
