Spicy Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 13/16 oz Skim Milk yoghurt                   1 ts Seeded mustard
  • 1 ts Curry powder                        2    Shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 tb Finely chopped mint                 1    Sachet Equal

Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir until smooth. Serve with crisp
raw julienne of carrot, celery, zucchini and snowpeas.
