Walnut Watercress Salad


Servings: 4
Ingredients:

  • 1 lg Bunch watercress;                        -sliced in rings
  • 1/2 c  Water chestnuts; sliced             2 tb Walnuts; chopped
  • -and drained                      1/4 c  Buttermilk Mustard dressing
  • 2    Heads beigian endive;

Trim tough stems from watercress and rinse in cool water. Spin or pat dry.
Mix all ingerdients together and serve chilled. Food Exchange per serving:
