1/2 c  Berbere sauce
1/2 c  Dry red wine
2 cl Garlic;peeled, crushed
2 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 ts Fresh ginger; grated
1/2 c  Water
Salt to taste
4 ea Hard boiled eggs; peeled
1/2 ts Freshly gr black pepper
