Southwest Guacamole


Servings: 6
Ingredients: 

  • 5 ea Avocados; Ripe, Peel and Pit
    • 

  • 4 ea Cloves Garlic;Finely Chopped
    • 

  • 1 c  Tomato; Chopped, 1 Medium
    • 

  • 1/4 c  Lime Juice
    • 

  • 1/2 t  Salt
    •

Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Makes 3 cups of dip.
