CHICKEN BREAST,STOVE TOP


Servings: 4
Ingredients: 

  • 2 ea Chicken breasts.
    • 

  • 2 c  Apple juice
    • 

  • 2 ea Cut up pears
    • 

  • 1 pk Stove top stuffing mix
    •

brown chicken breasts in oil, add the apple juice and cut up pears. add
the seasoning packet from the stuffing mix. cover and cook 5-10 minutes
over medium heat. remove from stove and add the pk. stuffing mix and
stir.cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
