CASTLE LOAF SUPREME


Servings: 6
Ingredients: 

  • 12    White Castle hamburgers
    • 

  • (Pickles and ketchup included)
    • 

  • 1 lb Ground pork
    • 

  • 2    Cloves garlic
    • 

  • 8    Sprigs chopped parsley
    • 

  • 1/2 ts Pepper
    • 

  • 1/3 c  Milk
    • 

  • 1    Pinch oregano
    • 

  • 1/2    Can tomato sauce
    • 

  • Salt to taste
    •

Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce in a large bowl. Grease loaf pan.
Shape mixture and place in pan; smooth meat with oiled hands. Pour tomato
sauce over meat loaf. Bake at 350 deg F. for one hour.
