HAM LOAF


Servings: 1
Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb Ground ham
    • 

  • 1 lb Ground pork
    • 

  • 1 c  Bread crumbs
    • 

  • 1 c  Milk
    • 

  • 2    Eggs, slightly beaten
    • 

  • Topping
    • 

  • 1/4 c  Vinegar
    • 

  • 1/4 c  Water
    • 

  • 1 c  Brown sugar
    • 

  • 1 ts Mustard
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Catsup
    •

Combine loaf ingredients together and shape into a loaf. Mix the topping
ingredients and pour over meat before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1
