Ingredients:

1    Lipton Onion Soup pkg.
3/4 c  Water
2 T  Brown sugar
1/2 t  Cinnamon
1/4 t  Nutmeg
4 c  Thinly sliced potatoes
2    Medium onions
4    Apples cup in 1/2′ rings
4    Thick pork chops

Combine soup mix , water, sugar and spices. Mix wellin a shallow baking dish. Layer half potatoe, onionand apples, pour soup mix over top. Bake 1 1/2 hoursat 375.

3    Sweet potatoes
4    Pork chops
1/2 t  Salt
1 t  Pepper
1/4 c  Flour
2 T  Shortening
2 T  Butter
1/2 c  Currant jelly
1/2 c  Orange juice
1 T  Lemon juice
1    Lemon rind
1 t  Dry mustard
1 t  Paprika
1/2 t  Ginger, ground

Preheat oven to 350. Boil and slice potatoes. Saltand pepper the chops and dredge in flour. Brown inshortening. Melt butter. Stir in jelly, juices, andlemon rind. 1 t  Salt
2 T  Oil
1 c  Rice
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
Flour
1/4 c  Water
