PORK CHOP CASSEROLE


Servings: 4
Ingredients: 

  • 1    Lipton Onion Soup pkg.
    • 

  • 3/4 c  Water
    • 

  • 2 T  Brown sugar
    • 

  • 1/2 t  Cinnamon
    • 

  • 1/4 t  Nutmeg
    • 

  • 4 c  Thinly sliced potatoes
    • 

  • 2    Medium onions
    • 

  • 4    Apples cup in 1/2' rings
    • 

  • 4    Thick pork chops
    •

Combine soup mix , water, sugar and spices. Mix well
in a shallow baking dish. Layer half potatoe, onion
and apples, pour soup mix over top. Bake 1 1/2 hours
at 375.
