SAUSAGE LOAF


Servings: 1
Ingredients:

  • 1    Loaf French bread
  • 1 lb Ground pork sausage
  • 1/2 c  Onion, chopped
  • 3    Stalks celery, chopped
  • 2    Eggs
  • 1/3 c  Milk
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, grated

Slice loaf lengthwise with more on bottom. Scoop out all of the bread.
Crumble and combine with milk and eggs. Fry sausage, onions and celery;
drain. Mix bread and sausage together. Put mixture in bottom half of
loaf. Put cheese on top of meat mixture. Add top of loaf; brush with
melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Randy Rigg
