COOL LEMON CHICKEN SALAD


Servings: 4
Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 c  Miracle Whip dressing
    • 

  • 2 tb Chopped fresh basil OR
    • 

  • 2 ts Dried basil leaves
    • 

  • 1 tb Lemon juice
    • 

  • 1 ts Grated lemon peel
    • 

  • 2 c  Chopped cooked Chicken or
    • 

  • Turkey
    • 

  • 1 c  Halved red or green grapes
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Halved Chinese pea pods
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Thinly sliced red onion
    • 

  • Lettuce leaves
    •

Mix dressing, basil, juice and peel in large bowl. Add remaining
ingredients, mix lightly. Refrigerate. Serve on lettuce-lined platter.
