CRUSTLESS POTATO QUICHE


Servings: 6
Ingredients:

  • 5    Eggs, beaten
  • 3 c  Frozen hash-brown potatoes
  • -from 26 oz pkg, thawed
  • 4 oz (1 cup) shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 c  Cottage cheese
  • 1    Green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/8 ts Seasoned pepper
  • Dash hot pepper sauce
  • Dash paprika
  • 6 sl Turkey bacon, crispandcrumbled

Heat oven to 350F. Crease a 9 inch pie pan. In a large bowl, combine all
ingredients except paprika and bacon. Mix well. Pour into greased pan,
sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with bacon, bake an
additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
