SHERRY TURKEY TETRAZZINI


Servings: 8
Ingredients:

  • 1 tb Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 cn VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables
  • -(16 oz)
  • 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
  • -(10.25 oz)
  • 1 cn Cream of chicken soup
  • -(10.75 oz)
  • 6    Servings of cooked spaghetti
  • -or pasta of your choice
  • 1 c  Milk
  • 1 c  Sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c  Sherry wine
  • 1 c  Parmesan cheese

1. Heat oil and cook turkey.

2. Drain VEG-ALL; reserve liquid and combine with soups, milk and wine.

3. Add soup mixture to spaghetti and wix with turkey, vegetables, mushrooms
and 3/4 cup parmesan cheese. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top.

4. Bake at 400′F. for 30 minutes.
