TURKEY-ORANGE SALAD

Ingredients:
Combine the turkey, celery, salt, and curry powder in a bowl. Peel
and chop the orange. Add the orange, grapes, and mayonnaise to the
turkey. Toss gently to mix. Sprinkle on the coconut just before
serving.
