TURKEY SAUSAGE COUCROUTE


Servings: 4
Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb Turkey kielbasa sausages
    • 

  • 1    Chopped onion
    • 

  • 1 cn 28 oz, Sauerkraut
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Dry white wine
    • 

  • 1/4 c  Chopped sweet pepper
    •

Grill the sausages. Combine with remaining ingrediants. Simmer uncovered
10 minutes.
