Fudge Brownies


Servings: 36
Ingredients: 

  • 1 c  Butter
    • 

  • 4 oz Unsweetened chocolate
    • 

  • 4 ea Eggs
    • 

  • 1 x  Pinch salt
    • 

  • 2 c  Sugar
    • 

  • 1 c  Sifted flour
    • 

  • 1 t  Baking powder
    • 

  • 1 t  Vanilla
    • 

  • 1 c  Chopped pecans
    •

1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9′ square baking pan.
Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low
heat. Stir to blen and set aside to cool.
2. Beat eggs until light yellow; add salt, sugar,
flour, and paking powder. Beat well. Blend in cooled
chocolate, vanilla and pecans. Blend thouroughly.
3. Pour into prepared pan and bake 35-45 minutes or
until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
