Mustard/Wine Marinated Lamb Chops


Servings: 4
Ingredients: 

  • 4 ea sirloin lamb chops 1' thick
    • 

  • 1 t  salt
    • 

  • 3 T  stone ground mustard
    • 

  • 1/4 t  pepper
    • 

  • 1 c  red wine
    •

Rub both sides of chops with mustard. Sprinkle with
salt and pepper. Cover with wine and marinate
overnight in refrigerator. Rub again with mustard
just before broiling or pan-frying to desired doneness.
