LAMB MARINADE


Servings: 12
Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 C  Salad or olive oil                3/4 t  Onion salt
    • 

  • 2 T  Wine vinegar                      1/4 t  Black pepper
    • 

  • 2 t  Mustard, prepared                 1/4 t  Ginger, ground
    • 

  • 1 t  Rosemary leaves,                  1/4 t  Garlic, minced
    • 

  • -crushed                                 -(instant)
    • 

  • 1 1/2 t  Salt
    •

Mix together. Refrigerate. Marinate lamb overnight.

NOTES:

* A marinade for any cut of lamb.
