1 1/2 C Peanuts, ground -use pre-ground)
Lemon grass (1 piece) 1 oz Langkuas (if you
1 t Cumin (ground -know what this is,
-or powdered) -use it, if not,
1 t Salt -use ginger)
2 lg Onions (or less) 1/4 C Vegetable oil
5 Garlic cloves 1/4 C Water
