PEANUT BUTTER BON BONS


Servings: 1
Ingredients: 

  • 2 C  Peanut butter,                      1 lb Butter
    • 

  • -crunchy                            1 lb Chocolate chips
    • 

  • 3 lb Sugar, powdered                   1/2 lb Paraffin block
    •

Mix together the sugar and peanut butter in a bowl. Melt the butter and
pour it over this mixture. Stir and knead until smooth. Roll into
walnut-sized balls.

Melt together the chocolate chips and paraffin over water. Dip balls into
chocolate coating, set on waxed paper to harden.

NOTES:

* Chocolate and peanut butter holiday treat. Servings: 3-4 dozen.
