SPINACH DIP II


Servings: 2
Ingredients: 

  • 12 oz Cooked spinach,                     1 pk Leek soup mix
    • 

  • -chopped                                 -(dried soup mix
    • 

  • 1 1/2 C  Sour cream                               -sufficient to make
    • 

  • 1 C  Mayonnaise                               -about 4 C of soup)
    • 

  • 1    Scallion (green onion)
    •

Cook or thaw the spinach, then squeeze it dry. Mix the spinach with the
mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion and soup mix. Refrigerate for 30
minutes before serving. Serve with triscuits or a sliced baguette.

NOTES:

* Simple party dip with spinach, leek and sour cream — Anything that
tastes this good couldn’t be good for you.

* Knorr brand soup mix is available worldwide, but other brands will work.
one package, approximately enough to make a liter of soup.
