PLACE COTTAGE CHEESE IN BLENDER AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD REMAINING
INGREDIENTS AND PROCESS UNTIL MIXED WELL. PLACE IN BOWL, COVER, AND CHILL
FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR OR UNTIL READY TO SERVE. MAKES ABOUT 1 1/2 CUPS.
