Hot Dog Provencale

Ingredients:

8 x  Hot dog                             8 oz Tomato
8    Bacon, slices                     1/2 ts Salt
1 c  Onion, minced                       1 ds Pepper
1    Garlic, minced, clove

Fry bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp. Drain most of bacon fat.
Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper. Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer
about 10 minutes. Add hot dogs; cover and simmer about 15 min.
