Lemon Sauce


Servings: 1
Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 c  Lemon juice                       1/4 c  Sugar
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Water                                    Few drops yellow food color
    • 

  • 4 ts Cornstarch
    •

Combine all ingredients, except for food color, in a small saucepan. Whisk
over medium heat until thickened. Add food coloring and stir to mix.
Adjust lemon and sugar to taste.
