Potato Chip Cookies


Servings: 15
Ingredients: 

  • 1 c  Butter, softened                1 3/4 c  Flour
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Sugar                             1/2 c  Crushed potato chips
    • 

  • 1 ts Vanilla                           1/2 c  Chopped nuts
    •

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add flour, nuts and chips. Mix well.
Form 1 diameter balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Press down with
bottom of floured glass. Bake at 350 deg f for 12 to 14 minutes. Makes
about 2 1/2 dozen.
