Ingredients:

28 oz Canned, chopped, peeled  -      1 1/2 ts Salt
Tomatoes                          1/2 ts Black pepper
7 oz Chopped green chiles                2 tb Lemon juice
2    Bunches green onions,    -               Hot pepper sauce or
Chopped                                  Jalapenos chopped
1 ts Sugar

Combine tomatoes, chiles, onions, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add
hot pepper sauce or chopped jalapenos to taste. Makes about 1 1/2 quarts
of salsa.
