Spaghetti Sauce (Homemade-Tomato Puree)


Servings: 4
Ingredients: 

  • 2 cn TOMATO PUREE (10 3/4 oz ea)         1 ts GARLIC POWDER
    • 

  • 3/4 ts OREGANO                           3/4 ts ONION POWDER
    • 

  • 3/4 ts BASIL                               2 tb GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 

  • 1/4 ts BLACK PEPPER                        1 ts SALT
    • 

  • 1/4 ts M.S.G. OR ACCENT (optional)         2 tb Sugar
    •

Pour tomato puree into a bowl. Add all other ingredients. Blend well.
Microwave for 4 to 5 minutes or until very warm. Serve over hot pasta.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
