Sweetened Condensed Milk Subsitute

Ingredients:

1 c  Instant non-fat dry milk          1/3 c  Boiling water
2/3 c  Sugar                               3 tb Melted butter

In a blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Store in
refrigerator until ready to use. Makes the equivalent of one 14 oz. can.
