Western Skillet Rice


Servings: 4
Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb Ground beef                         1    Env. dry onion soup mix
    • 

  • 1 1/2 c  Water                             3/4 c  Uncooked rice
    • 

  • 16 oz Can tomatoes                        1 c  Green peas
    • 

  • 1 c  Sharp cheese, shredded
    •

Brown meat. Add soup mix, water, rice, tomatoes and peas. Simmer 25
minutes until rice is tender. Top with shredded cheese before serving.
