Ingredients:

2 lg Chicken breasts [boneless
-skin on or off]
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1 cn Cream of celery soup
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 cn (soup can full) rice [do
-not use minute rice]
3/4 cn (soup can) milk
1/8 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

1) Mix the soups, milk and the rice, and pour into a 9′x13′ bakingpan
2) Split the chicken breasts into 4 equal parts and place them ontop of the soup mix… Season with the salt and pepper and whateverelse you prefer…

1) Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour 2 cups of thebatter into a greased (and floured) 13′ x 9′ baking pan… and bakefor 15 min… 2) Meanwhile, in a heavy sauce pan,over low heat, meltthe caramel candys and butter with the milk stirring until smooth,then spread evenly over the cake… Spread remaining cake mix overthe caramel mix, top with the nuts… 3) Return to the oven for 30 to35 min… or until the cake springs back when lightly touched… Cooland garnish as desired…
