Peggy’s Mom’s Chocolate Cake


Servings: 1
Ingredients:

  • 2 c  Flour
  • 2 c  Sugar
  • 1 c  Cocoa
  • 2 ts Baking Soda
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/3 c  Oil
  • 2 x  Eggs
  • 2 ts Vanilla
  • 2 c  Water

1) Sift sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together. Add oil,
eggs,
vanilla and water all at once and mix well.

2) Bake in a 13×9x2 inch pan at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Top with your favorite icing.
